1. ELIGIBILITY Limited to the Employees of Customers of Essent Title. To be eligible for the Essent Title Insurance, Inc. (“Essent” or “Sponsor”) Tote Promotion (the “Promotion”), participants must be U.S. residents, 18 years or older, who are employees of mortgage lending companies that originate first lien residential mortgages at the time of entry through the time the prize is awarded and claimed. The Promotion is also subject to any policies of participants’ employers governing employee participation and receipt of prizes/awards in vendor promotions. Eligibility is expressly not dependent upon the referral of business, and it is not necessary to order title insurance or register to order title insurance with Essent Title in order to participate in the Promotion.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. The Promotion will commence at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time, June 15, 2026 and ends on 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on December 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). Quantities are limited and available while supplies last. The submission window may not be continuously available during the Promotion period. All entries must be received by Essent during the Promotional Period, in accordance with these Official Rules.

3. NATURE OF PROMOTION. Essent provides title insurance and related services in support of real estate transactions. The purpose of this promotion is to increase awareness of Essent as a participant in the title industry and to highlight Essent Title’s services and ordering platform. As part of this promotion, Essent will offer a promotional item to eligible contacts and provide information about Essent Title and its offerings.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE. To participate, an entrant must submit requested information through the Promotion’s microsite at essent.us/2026-tote-promo. Such information may include entrant’s name, entrant’s employer’s name, entrant’s email address, entrant’s job title and role, entrant’s mailing address and phone number, and a response to the question posed in the survey. One entry per qualified participant only. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the one entry will void that entrant’s entry and that entrant may be disqualified. Additional entries submitted by persons in violation of this condition shall be stricken and deemed a nullity.

5. THANK YOU. The first 1000 eligible participants to respond will receive an Essent Tote Trio (approximate retail value of $19). Essent will notify the recipients of their selection. At the time of receipt, participants must be employed by the qualified mortgage lender identified at registration. The tote (sizes may vary) must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except that Essent reserves the right to substitute an item of comparable value if the cake cannot be provided for any reason.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT RELEASES AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ESSENT, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUBSIDIARIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.

7. GENERAL. Essent reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, modify or amend the Promotion at any time. Employees of Essent and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and the immediate families (parent, child, sibling, spouse) of such employees, are not eligible to participate. Employees of Essent’s direct competitors are not eligible to participate. Any violations of these Official Rules, any attempt to tamper with the website or the Promotion, or any attempt to otherwise defraud Essent, as determined by Essent in its sole discretion, will result in the individual committing such act(s) being disqualified from the Promotion. Upon disqualification, the disqualified participant’s entry will be forfeited and the participant will not receive any cash, credit or other value in conjunction with the forfeiture. In addition to all other remedies available to Essent at law or at equity, Essent may also prosecute any fraudulent or other illegal activities to the full extent of the law.

8. ODDS OF WINNING: 1000 totes will be awarded. Entries received after the 1000 totes are awarded will not be awarded a tote or any other prize.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Subject to applicable law, each winner irrevocably grants Essent the right to use the winner’s name and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in all forms of media, worldwide in perpetuity, without any obligation or consideration except for the awarding of the prize to the winner.

10. DISCLAIMERS: Any attempted form of participation in this Promotion other than as set forth in these Official Rules is void. Sponsor is not responsible for communications with incorrect contact information; for disruptions in email or other electronic communications; or for any inadvertent typos or errors. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries and subject such entrants to disqualification. If this Promotion is corrupted or impaired by virus, worm, software malfunction or other causes, Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion without notice.

11. COMPLETE INFORMATION: Entrants must ensure that the information they provide is complete and accurate, and submitted in a timely manner. Essent is not responsible if any entrant’s mailing address, e-mail address, telephone, or other contact information does not work, has filters that impeded promotion-related messages, or is changed during the Promotional Period or prior to notification of recipients. If a dispute arises concerning the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the registered account holder of the e-mail address of record at the time of entry, if that person meets all other eligibility criteria; otherwise the entry may be disqualified and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the entity responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winners may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the registered account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.

12. PRIVACY NOTICE: By entering the promotion, entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information (name, address, e-mail address) by Essent for the purposes of running the Promotion including naming the winners, and to contact entrant for commercial purposes. Essent may also use such information for the following purposes:

• To administer promotions which customers elect to participate in;

• To communicate with you and respond to your inquiries and requests;

• To respond to government regulator requests for information;

• To enforce Essent’s rights; and

• As otherwise necessary or appropriate in connection with our business.

13. GOVERNING LAW: This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning this Promotion will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

14. TAXES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE: All taxes incurred on prizes and/or any (unspecified) expenses relative to the use and enjoyment of prizes (as applicable) are the participant’s sole responsibility.

15. NAME REMOVAL NOTIFICATION SYSTEM.
