Yes, new wire instructions have been established as part of our transition to Essent Title Insurance, Inc., except for the six agency states as covered in question #2. As always, our wire instructions will be provided with the file on every transaction. A master list of consolidated wiring instructions is also available upon request to your dedicated Account Manager.
In all states, except the six agency states covered in question #2, loans in the pipeline will process and close under the Boston National Title name. All new loans initiated on or after June 9 will process and close under the Essent Title umbrella. For the six states covered in question #2, any loans not closed before the June 9 date will close under the new name and include a disclosure attached to both the title commitment and wiring instructions to provide evidence of the entity rename and connect the prior name to the new name for a smooth closing.
Yes, Closing Protection Letters will be issued on every file as requested, just as we’ve always done.
We have worked closely with our third-party providers to update our label in their system to Essent Title (a.k.a. Boston National Title). This naming convention ensures continuity and helps maintain the connection between our previous name and the new branding throughout the transition.
