In 2023, Essent acquired Boston National Title (BNT), one of the largest full-service title agencies in the country, and Agents National Title Insurance Company (ANTIC), a recognized nationally licensed title insurance underwriter.

As part of BNT’s and ANTIC’s transition to Essent, we are reorganizing and rebranding our title business as Essent Title Insurance, Inc.

With that change, we are also enhancing our website to reflect the expansion of our mortgage-related offerings to include Title. Starting January 2, 2025, you’ll be able to access all our mortgage insurance and title insurance tools & resources in one place — at essent.us.
