2025 Essent Title Holiday Charitable Gift Campaign Terms
- ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE: All employees of Essent Title Insurance, Inc. (“Essent Title”), and any parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries of Essent Title, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to enter this 2025 holiday charitable gift campaign (the “Campaign”). All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Participating in the Campaign constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these “Official Rules”. The eligibility of a participant is at the discretion of Essent Title. The amounts donated to the applicable charitable organizations (the “Charities”) will be announced periodically and in the sole discretion of Essent Title.
- CAMPAIGN PERIOD: The Campaign voting period begins on November 20, 2025. Donations will be made based on entries properly submitted during the Campaign Period; provided that in no event shall the Campaign extend beyond the earlier of (a) December 4, 2025, and (b) when the aggregate of all donations pursuant to the Campaign reaches $10,000.
- CAMPAIGN VOTING INSTRUCTIONS: You may vote in the Campaign by selecting one of the three Charities found at essent.us/essent-title-2025-holiday-charitable-gift. Each participant may only submit one (1) vote for one (1) of the Charities. Essent Title reserves the right to disqualify a participant and withdrawal the vote(s) and donation to the Charities if Essent Title believes that the participant failed to follow the Official Rules.
- DONATIONS: Essent Title shall make a $25 donation for each vote. Each of the Charities shall receive a minimum donation of $1,000 as a result of this Campaign. In no event shall the aggregate of the donations from Essent Title to the Charities pursuant to this Campaign exceed $10,000. Essent Title’s determination of donation amounts shall be final and binding and not subject to review or reconsideration by any participant. In the event that the votes in the Campaign do not result in the Charities, in the aggregate, receiving $10,000, Essent Title may, in its sole discretion, donate the full $10,000 to the Charities as determined by Essent Title. You will not be eligible for any tax deduction as a result of your participation in the Campaign.
- GENERAL RULES: By entering, participating or voting in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Essent Title, which are final and binding in all respects. You acknowledge and agree that nothing of value has or will be provided to you for your participation in this Campaign. Essent Title reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, modify or amend the Campaign at any time. Essent Title is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the process or the Campaign; or (3) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Campaign, the processing of votes, or the notification of the charitable organizations. Essent Title reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify the vote of any participant found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or any website operated by Essent Title; (b) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such entries; (c) violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of Essent Title; or (d) acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Essent Title is not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any donations, or participation in this Campaign. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters related to the Campaign, including these Official Rules.
