Dear Valued Essent Customer,
Given the current health concerns around COVID-19, Essent continues to monitor the recommendations and guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The safety and well-being of Essent employees, clients and communities remains our primary concern. However, in this “uncertain” time we think it is incumbent upon all business leaders — ourselves included — to treat the situation with the highest level of priority and concern.
- Suspend face-to-face meetings, including client visits, as well as attendance at seminars and conferences;
- Work remotely from our offices (Radnor, Winston, Irvine); and
- Continue to effectively communicate with you via phone, text, email, video and Go-To-Meeting/WebEx technologies.
We are well prepared to support our lenders during this challenging time and will continue to maintain our 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET hours.
Essent created a pandemic plan several years ago, which we recently deployed across our entire organization. All of our employees are capable and equipped to work remotely and we are confident that we will be able to continue to provide the highest level of service to you and your teams!
