Whether your company is a correspondent lender or a large lender-servicer, Essent’s team can quickly get you Essent-ready with the completion of the following few steps:

1. Complete and send the lender inquiry form at the right of this page. If you need assistance, your Business Development representative will be happy to help guide you through the process and answer all of your questions.

2. Complete and sign our Master Policy Application. You can scan the form and email it to clientservices@essent.us (clientservices null@null essent NULL.us) or fax it to us at 336.747.1219.

3. Gather and send supporting documentation. Your Business Development representative can walk you through this process.

4. Your application and documentation will be promptly reviewed. Upon approval, you will be issued an Essent Master Policy. You are now ready to submit applications for MI coverage, whether you choose Essent Online, EDI, or manual submission.
